Get rid of belly bloat in 1 day
We all go through days where we all feel the "bloat" . whether we just had a bowl of beans, lots of carbs like pasta and rice or ate something that just didnt agree with our guts. I have been there myself and it is not a pleasant feeling. The good news is I have the perfect remedy to get rid of that bloat. I call this my Anti-bloat remedy.The remedy has almost no calories and transforms ordinary water into a very powerful fat burner. It will improve and balance your digestion, enhancing and strengthening your overall health. In addition to the water you can also eat probiotic foods like kimchi, sauerkraut or take probiotic and digestive enzymes supplements.
The ingredients for my anti-bloat water are:
4 liters of water;
2 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid chlorophyll
12 parsley leaves
12 small mint leaves;
1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger;
1 thinly sliced, medium-sized lemon;
1 peeled, thinly sliced, medium-sized cucumber.
mix all the ingredients together and let sit overnight in the fridge.
drink 8-10 glasses daily.
Repeat as needed
The water will improve digestion, prevent you from eating excess calories, constipation, and bloating.
